HR Consultancy and Advisory Services Limited was formed to provide a complete outsourced Human Resources function for small to medium-sized businesses.

Our team has over 30 years of combined employment law experience.

Our service focuses on not only providing you with advice on all employment law issues relevant to your business but we also have the ability to interpret those laws and to offer practical commercial solutions for your business.

What We Do


Documents package

We will undertake a full review of your existing employment documents such as your employment contracts, staff handbook and policies and procedures and explain what is mandatory and what is best practice.

We will redraft these documents where necessary to ensure that they are up to date and compliant with the relevant legislation.

Where your business does not have any pre-existing documents we will take detailed instructions from you and draft these documents so that they align with your business objectives.

Consultancy service

This is our most comprehensive service and is akin to having your own Human Resources Manager. We can:

  • Ensure that your business has compliant staff records;
  • Ensure compliance with Section 1 Statements;
  • Administer contracts of employment for new starters;
  • Undertake an annual review of policies;
  • Provide your business with various employment forms;
  • Advise on employee share option schemes and employee benefits;
